Diploma in Human Resource Management

The people element has become increasingly important to businesses as a key determinant of how well businesses transform and function. This program develops the key competencies required for the effective management of human resources. The curriculum focuses on the development of knowledge and skills to deal with areas such as employee selection and assessment, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
